1. Wanna force myself to try out a new brush as I think it'll help out my art
2. I'm so tired I tried to go into the wrong house when I got home
3. Happy Holidays
4. I changed my avatar! I wanna redraw the old one - maybe the next OC, in a new art style, and I kinda think it would be fun to make it my new avatar every time!
5. I am so SLOW STILL *cries*
6. Really want a ipad pro/apple pencil but am telling myself that maybe it's worth it to keep doing tablet as the keyboard shortcuts probably take a long time and maybe the pen isn't really that great and maybe the pressure is weird and I'd break the screen and maybe it wouldn't make me faster and maybe someday I'll have money and maybe *cries again*

gonna say - TMW you finish a huge art piece you were working on - and then you gotta decide the next commitment...
 
TBH I am still struggling with time management and I have a TON of unfinished ideas - I will be forcing myself to finish HAR series and a OC portrait I started like no joke 3 - 4 months ago, and I want to do a Devin but tonight I may* be starting another music piece... Don't hurt me

GUYS I'M TRYING A NEW ART STYLE IT'S REALLY HARD BUT I THINK I DIG IT A LOT! It looks simple but my drawing is so stiff that doing simply flowing shapes is a challenge for me... PLUS it's a rough painting style and my OCD kicks in and wants to make it perfect and clean, which is uh - the opposite - of what I want to - stAPH - sigh~
I'm trying to get a faster style down (always) but I've also always loved like the cartoon style and I've been seeing kind of dry-brush painter style around, so I'm trying to use it in hopes that I'll get faster and it's also so cute! Of course, this wasn't fast at all, but hey I got like 3 Xfiles watched while doing it so not a complete loss. Plus, I'm learning about textures shapes this way so... Any art is good practice!

thinking about how a teacher said to me recently how all my faces look alike... Ugh I can't stand knowing that... I mean, it is my fault, cause I tend to like the same features, but I can't easily fix it... BUT I feel like my art will get stuck if I do the same face over and over again... I guess it's time to start practicing caricatures...? Maybe as like a sketch warmup... Ah well, practice is practice! I guess I'll try...
